OUR VISION

Our vision is to provide forward-moving alternatives to reduce harrowing experiences that will help result in a corresponding lifestyle for youth and at risk community members.

OUR PROGRAMS

Our company is a community center based youth program designed to uplift and empower at-risk youth and community members facing housing instability. We offer multiple three programs that serve our community in unique ways.

SURVIVING THE SYSTEM

Our Surviving the System program provides a safe, supportive space for young adults aged 18–24, focusing on personal growth, education, life skills, and career readiness. We offer mentorship, job readiness training, and pathways to high-demand fields like healthcare and IT. In partnership with DHS, our FYI Voucher Program helps youth aging out of foster care secure stable housing, while our Probation Transition Services guide justice-involved youth with housing, employment, and wraparound support. We also provide trauma-informed care and resources for survivors of domestic violence and trafficking.

GRIEF AND TRAUMA SUPPORT

Our Grief and Trauma Support program provides a safe, compassionate space for youth and young adults to process difficult experiences and build resilience. Through one-on-one counseling, peer support, and skill-building workshops, we help participants develop coping strategies, emotional regulation, and self-confidence. By offering guidance, mentorship, and access to community resources, we empower youth to navigate challenges, foster healthy relationships, and move toward a brighter, more stable future.
